Party leaders fined for failing to file reports

PanARMENIAN.Net - Several political party leaders in Armenia have been fined for failing to submit annual financial reports.

Artak Galstyan, head of the Public Voice party, Zhasmen Babayan, director of Unity for Armenia, Hayk Maghakelyan, leader of the Hayk Liberal Party, and Arsen Sargsyan, head of the For Democratic Statehood party, were penalized, Factor.am reports.

They did not provide the required 2025 annual reports on sources of funding, expenditures, and property to the relevant commission.

None of the party leaders submitted any position or explanation during the proceedings.

Each of them was fined 40,000 drams.

Parliamentary elections in Armenia are scheduled for June 7, 2026.
