ICRC 150th anniversary to be celebrated in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Attendees of junior culture center of Erebuni community of Yerevan will take part in celebrations of the 150th anniversary of the world's largest humanitarian network, the International Committee of the Red Cross.



The ICRC's  "Our World, Your Move" Campaign is aimed to get people around the globe to sit up and take action against suffering in their home countries and further afield. Rising violence, displacement, poverty and disease are some of the issues which the campaign hopes to bring to people's attention.



Armenian events will feature a performance and an exhibition of children's paintings. The authors of the best three works will get awards.
