  Tourist visits to Armenia rise 18.2% April 29, 2026 - 11:09 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia received 453,138 tourists in January-March 2026, marking growth compared with both 2025 and 2019. In January-March 2026, 453,138 tourists visited Armenia, 18.2% more than in the same period last year and 24.3% more than in the same period of 2019, the Tourism Committee reported. Tourists are increasingly choosing Armenia for its rich history, beautiful nature, delicious cuisine and sincere hospitality, the statement said. “2026 promises to become one of the most active years for tourism, and Armenia is ready to welcome even more guests,” the statement said.
