BAKU SOURCES CLAIM ROBERT KOCHARIAN BREAKS AGREEMENT ON CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION REGARDING HIS FORTHCOMING MEETING WITH HEYDAR ALIYEV

PanARMENIAN.Net - Baku media reports the political leadership of Azerbaijan is perplexed because of the recent statement of Armenian President Robert Kocharian about the forthcoming meeting with Heydar Aliyev. The reliability of the information is not prejudiced. But it is informed the decision regarding the forthcoming meeting at the highest level was not to receive publicity and, allegedly, Robert Kocharian has broken the agreement on confidentiality, reached in the course of the Paris talks. The reasons that made Robert Kocharian make the information public are analyzed in Baku.
