Armenian, Azerbaijani experts discuss peace in London

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian and Azerbaijani experts met in London to discuss the current stage of the peace process, existing opportunities, and potential risks, according to Areg Kochinyan, head of the Armenian Council analytical center and coordinator of the Bridge of Peace initiative.

“After decades of conflict, peace is built not only through political negotiations, but also through trust between people. Today, there is a new opportunity in the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process, and it is important that societies are also involved in this path.

During the meeting held in London, Armenian and Azerbaijani experts discussed the current stage of the peace process, opportunities, and risks,” Kochinyan wrote on Facebook.

He noted that lasting peace is shaped through dialogue, mutual trust, and long-term cooperation.

Armenian and Azerbaijani experts have already met several times within the framework of the Bridge of Peace initiative, both in Armenia and in Azerbaijan.
