According to Factor.am , the observation mission will include commission members Pavel Andreyev and Lyudmila Markina, as well as representatives of election commissions from various Russian regions. The Russian Central Election Commission stated that experts from other countries and representatives of local civil society organizations will also monitor the electoral process. At the same time, Armenia’s Central Electoral Commission of Armenia reported that employees of diplomatic missions and military personnel serving abroad on official assignments have already participated in online voting. According to figures published by the commission, 537 voters are eligible to cast ballots through this method. Online voting began nine days before the election and lasted for three days. The election campaign, which began on May 8, continued through June 5. June 6 is a day of silence, while parliamentary elections will take place on June 7. On May 25, the Alliance Progressive Centrist Party submitted a withdrawal request, after which the Central Electoral Commission invalidated the registration of the party’s electoral list.
