Armenian delegation attends Eurosatory 2026![]() June 22, 2026 - 16:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A delegation from Armenia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs participated in the Eurosatory 2026 international exhibition in Paris, where representatives of various countries and leading companies showcased modern equipment and innovative technologies for the defense and security sectors, the ministry reported. Ara Fidanyan, Armenia’s liaison officer at Europol, and Narek Sargsyan, press secretary to the Minister of Internal Affairs and head of the ministry’s Public Communications and Awareness Department, held bilateral meetings with representatives of partner countries as well as specialized companies. The discussions focused on the acquisition of technical equipment and technologies that could be used by the Police and Rescue Service, the exchange of professional experience, and prospects for future cooperation. The Armenian delegation also visited Armenia’s national pavilion and observed police demonstration exercises organized as part of the exhibition program. As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed. David Vardanyan is the son of former Karabakh leader Ruben Vardanyan who who is currently imprisoned in Azerbaijan. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has met with Stephan Schütz, Executive Partner at Gerkan, Marg and Partners. The number of state universities will be reduced from 23 to 8 by 2030, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Zhanna Andreasyan has said. Partner news |
