Avinyan presents Noragyugh redevelopment project

PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan met with Ahmed Al Shamsi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Trojan Construction Holding and Vice Chairman of the Board of Emarat Group, to discuss major urban development projects with investment potential in the Armenian capital. Eduard Sukiasyan, founder and chairman of Silk Capital, also attended the meeting.

Avinyan presented the Noragyugh redevelopment project, which is planned to transform the district into Yerevan's new city center.

According to the mayor, growing confidence among international businesses demonstrates that Yerevan is steadily strengthening its position as an attractive destination for investment, innovation and international cooperation.

Thanking the mayor for the warm reception, Al Shamsi said the companies he represents are also interested in major development projects underway in Armenia.

The meeting also covered plans for the Promenade complex and the Dalma Gardens projects, which aim to revitalize Yerevan's public spaces by creating a modern, comfortable and attractive environment for residents and visitors.

Avinyan reiterated that the Yerevan municipality remains open to cooperation with all companies and individuals interested in making beneficial investments in the capital.
