Armenia receives EU-funded demining equipment

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia has received another donation from the European Union — a remote-controlled demining machine weighing about 20 tonnes. According to the Armenian government, the equipment will support humanitarian demining operations in areas across the country that have been identified as hazardous.

The machine will also be used during the border delimitation process between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
