Movsisyan sees Spertsyan fitting in at Inter![]() July 15, 2026 - 12:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Former Armenia, Spartak Moscow and Krasnodar striker Yura Movsisyan has addressed Armenian midfielder Eduard Spertsyan’s decision to move to Al-Ahli. Asked in an interview with Fonbet’s YouTube channel which league and club would suit Spertsyan, Movsisyan said he could see him at Inter, Armsport reports. “Italy and, I think, Inter Milan,” he said. Movsisyan also said he considers Spertsyan the main star of the Armenia national team. Asked how he viewed Spertsyan’s decision to move to Saudi Arabia, Movsisyan said he believed it was the right choice. “Had he had an option in Europe, he would have gone there,” he said. Asked whether he was surprised that Spertsyan was not in demand in Europe, Movsisyan replied: “The question here is not what we want for Spertsyan. What matters is what exists in reality.” During the current transfer window, one of Armenia’s leading players left Krasnodar and signed a contract with Saudi Arabia’s Al-Ahli.
