PanARMENIAN.Net - Anna Hakobyan, the wife of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, said she feels her life is under threat after speaking publicly about domestic violence in families. She made the remarks during a livestream on Facebook.

Hakobyan expressed hope that state authorities would be able to prevent any such incident, saying that "it would be a major blow to the country's reputation if the prime minister's wife became a victim of violence."

She also urged women not to be afraid or remain silent about cases of domestic violence, encouraging them to speak openly about the issue and declaring that "we will no longer tolerate violence in our families."
