Head of RA delegation to PACE did not sign anti-Armenian document

PanARMENIAN.Net - Head of the Armenian delegation to Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Davit Harutyunyan slammed Heritage party member Stepan Safaryan for his allegations that the delegation signed an anti-Armenian document during the PACE session in Kyiv in 2008.

"Members of our delegation Raffi Hovannisian and Armen Rustamuan and I personally boycotted the document and voiced our opinion about it," he told reporters in Yerevan.

The above-mentioned document read that "the Karabakh conflict and occupied territories hamper development of democracy in Azerbaijan."
