  Baku takes no action for withdrawing snipers from contact lineJuly 9, 2009 - 19:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - NKR Defense Ministry has balanced approach to Baku's bellicose statements, NKR Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan told journalists in Askeran region on July 9. "Azerbaijan is a hostile country, and we have balanced approach to such statements. NKR Defense Army has its mission, and we are ready take action at any minute," he said.Touching upon the necessity of withdrawing troops from contact line, Movses Hakobyan said that Azeri side did not take any steps in that direction. "Azerbaijan always tried to dictate its rules on contact line, and during OSCE monitorings, ceasefire was breached by Azeris," NKR Defense Minister noted.
