He said that, thanks to engineering facilities, and existing weapons, the NKR can secure balance of power without assistance of a third party. Armenian Defense Minister said that the military conflict in Georgia once again showed to Azerbaijan, that it's necessary to refrain from using force in Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
