PanARMENIAN.Net - «Armenian National Assembly chair Armen Khachatrian has hidden the conclusion of the National Academy of Science on the bill on legal guarantees of the protection of memory of genocide victims », «Agri-industrial people union» deputy group chair, the author of the bill Hmayak Hovannesian has stated it at the briefing today. According to him the speaker hides the document in his safe on purpose and does not give the parliamentarians the opportunity to get familiar with it in order to prevent the bill passing. Meanwhile, as «Arminfo» agency reports, Hovannesian noted the Academy of Science had evaluated the bill positively. According to him, in the conclusion there are several proposals on improvement of the bill with which the deputies can not become familiar because of the speaker.
