Sergey Babayan appointed as Merrill Lynch managing director

PanARMENIAN.Net - Merrill Lynch appointed Sergey Babayan as managing director and co-head of the bank's global markets team in Russia. Babayan was previously managing director and co-head of corporate and investment banking at MDM Bank.



Sergey Babayan was born in Baku on August 26, 1972. He is a graduate of Yerevan National Economy Institute (1994) and Financial Academy (1997). He worked as vice president of Ardshinbank and treasury manager at Tereza International (Moscow).



He was also vice president of Troika Dialog and head of financial instruments sales department at Deutsche Bank.
