ARMENIAN CONSTITUTIONAL COURT PROCEEDED TO OPPOSITION BLOC SUIT DISCUSSION ON PARLIAMENTARY RESULTS IMPUGNMENT

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today the Armenian Constitutional Court proceeded to the discussion of the "Justice" opposition bloc's suit concerning the impugnment of the Armenian parliamentary elections held on proportional system May 25. As reported by "Arka" agency, the Central Election Commission is the respondent for this suit. Members of the parties serving on the bloc, namely head of National-Democratic bloc Arshak Sadoian, "Republic" party member Artak Zeynalian and People's Party member Felix Khachatrian present the interests of the declarant in the court. The representatives spoke out with 10 petitions. The CEC should present the documents on the organization and holding the polling and calculation of the votes.
