Armenia to host anti-trafficking seminarJuly 27, 2009 - 17:19 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On July 27-30, Yerevan will host a 4-day seminar, entitled " Role of the Youth in trafficking prevention". 40 representatives of regional youth organizations will participate in the seminar. According to Deputy Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs, Arsen Karamyan, the event aims at increasing trafficking awareness among youth, comprising the high risk group. Seminar participants will be briefed on international anti-trafficking legislation, as well as given a possibility to familiarize themselves with international experience during meetings with representatives of international social organizations.
