  Azerbaijan has no idea of internal political discussionsJuly 31, 2009 - 20:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Official Representative of Armenia to the Council of Europe Arman Hovhannisyan commented on the statement of the officialrepresentative of Azerbaijan to the Council of Europe about the position of Armenia in CoE and PACE. "With regard to Armenia in PACE, the Consul of Azerbaijan, even in his most cherished dreams can't imagine a democratic pluralism, diversity of opinions or a situation of internal political debate," Arman Hovhannisyan said.
