I stated that the return of 7 regions reflects the concept of territorial integrity of Azerbaijan," the U.S. co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Matthew Bryza told to ANS TV. Regarding the future status of Nagorno Karabakh, Mattew Bryza said that the population will determine their future: "We do not yet know how the Nagorno Karabakh conflict will be completed, but a referendum would be one of its key points".
