The speaker enumerated four parallel process in country's domestic and foreign policy: Armenian-Turkish rapprochement, NKR conflict settlement, increased internal tensions and global crisis. These are the factors which he believes play a decisive role in country's political and social development. Serious changes inside the country were also predicted by "orange opposition", but very few people support them now as most are paralyzed by sense of fear, Babukhanyan said.
