Overall turnover of SCR in July amounted to 58 778 276 tons. Freight traffic fulfilled at 90.4 per cent of projected amount for July 2009. Within July, the export traffic reached 24 614 tones, accounting for 38.7 per cent of projected amount. Most of the exports were cement, building materials, scrap metals and industrial raw materials. The import traffic reached 98 045 tones, accounting for 96.1 per cent of projected amount. Most of imports were sugar, grain cargo, oil cargo, fertilizers, and metals. The domestic traffic amounted to 113 607 tons, accounting for 101.4 per cent of projected level. The industrial raw materials, cement, nonferrous metal ores were transported locally, SCR press office reports.
