"We have not occupied foreign lands, even though Azerbaijan does not recognize it," the expert said, ruling out possibility of any concessions by Armenia."Had Armenia and Karabakh united in proper time, Karabakh issue would have been resolved," SDHP member, noting that Armenia had several times missed good chances for settling NKR conflict.
