Crimea to host a conference on "Ukrainian Armenians: present, past and future"

PanARMENIAN.Net - The II International Scientific Practical Conference entitled "Ukrainian-Armenians: present, past and future" is due on September 5-6 on the territory of Surb-Khach monastery complex.



As reported by Armenian community of Crimea, discussion will focus on 13 issues, including "Armenian-Ukrainian ties from ancient times to the present day", "History of Armenian Church in Crimea and other Ukrainian regions", "Armenia-Ukraine: cultural dialogue", "Armenian Diaspora's renaissance in Ukraine in late XX and early XXI centuries", "Ukrainian-Armenians' culture from Middle Ages to the present day" etc.



Conference will be conducted in four languages: Russian, Ukrainian, Armenian and English. After the conference, collection of scientific articles will be compiled, e-crimea.info reports.
