Urartu Ensemble takes part in Sorochinskaya Fair

PanARMENIAN.Net - Urartu Ensemble of the Vank (Monastery) Armenian regional organization of Poltava successfully performed at the Sorochinskaya Fair, Analitika.at.ua reports. This year Urartu performed the dance "Kinto", which provoked a storm of applause and excitement of the audience.



Zurna, duduk, Armenian folk in general attract more followers. Successful performance of the Armenian folk group at such a major event has been a significant argument in presenting the Armenian Diaspora in Ukraine.



Seven days a year dwellers of Sorochintsy attract a lot of people to their famous fair. Sorochinskaya Fair provides a unique opportunity to see and enjoy the variety of arts. Not only Slavic ethnic group, but many national minorities living in Ukraine perform creative programs at the fair.



Sorochintsy is a small village, located in the Poltava region, which was immortalized by the famous Ukranian writer Nikolai Gogol.
