PanARMENIAN.Net - RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian had a telephone conversation with his Iranian colleague Manucher Mouttaqi. Edward Nalbandian congratulated Manucher Mouttaqi on his appointment as Iranian Foreign Minister. During telephone conversation parties resolved to work towards strengthening of relations between both countries, RA MFA press service reported.
