"We were against NKR conflict settlement scenario, suggested by second RA President Robert Kocharyan, which we repeatedly stated," ARFD Bureau representative emphasized. According to him, Dashnaktsutyun is against Madrid principles as well as agreements reached in Key-West. "Doesn't matter who makes the mistake. Preventing the mistake is what matters," Hrant Markarian stressed.
