  ACCUSATIONS OF USING NKR'S TERRITORY FOR DRUG TRAFFICKING INEPTApril 11, 2002 - 22:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - NKR's minister of internal affairs has stated today at the press conference that the accusations of Azerbaijani part of using Nagorno Karabakh's territory for drug trafficking are absurd. According to him, such accusations are nothing else but the way to set the world community against Armenians, as the world community perceives anything related to drugs very negatively. According to the minister, this evil has been struggled against seriously in Karabakh since becoming independent. When Karabakh was included in Azerbaijan's structure, in the minister's words, Baku authorities did not take any measures to prevent the drug spread on purpose in order to promote the development of drug addiction among Armenians. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
