"Removal of two leading members will inevitably lead to changes inside party," Khachatryan said, adding that party's decision pursued short term interests bringing harm to its reputation. "That's a hasty step, especially considering that the country is currently in the process of solving serious and important problems," Vardan Khachatryan said. Armenian MP believes that all that might have been caused party's internal problems, even though they had been experiencing external pressures as well. Khachatryan refrained from making any comments on ex party leader Raffi Hovhanisyan letter, not finding himself entitled to speak on his behalf.
