MEETING OF DEPUTY FOREIGN MINISTERS AND DEPUTY DEFENSE MINISTERS OF COLLECTIVE SECURITY TREATY COUNTRIES-MEMBERS TO TAKE PLACE IN YEREVAN

PanARMENIAN.Net - Tomorrow the meeting of the deputy foreign ministers and deputy defense ministers of Collective Security Treaty countries-members will start in Yerevan. It should be reminded that the participants of the Treaty are Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan. CST chairman Valeri Nikolayenko has already arrived in Yerevan. Today he met with President Robert Kocharian and foreign minister Vartan Oskanian. The issues on formation and functioning of a united and regional system of collective security and intergovernmental bodies of military department are expected to be considered at the Yerevan meeting. The meeting participants will also consider a package of documents that will be introduced to the heads of the states at the forthcoming CST jubilee session taking place May 14 in Moscow.
