Addressing the demonstrators last Friday, Ter-Petrosyan said he will run for President in case of preterm election "only if Robert Kocharian is not nominated." "It's an approach demonstrated by an ambitious person. Ter-Petrosyan is struggling against Armenia's second President Robert Kocharian but not for the national interests," Sharmazanov said, adding that ANC rating is falling. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
