Heritage intend to reveal compliance of Armenian-Turkish protocols to Constitution

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today the head of the parliamentary Heritage faction Stepan Safaryan applied to the chairman of Armenia's Constitutional Court Gagik Harutyunyan with an official letter, requesting to organize discussions around consistency with RA constitution of the Armenian-Turkish protocols, including compliance of document's contents with the purposes specified in its preamble.



In particular, the letter also notes that it is an official document, which by the law "On the NA Rules of Procedure", should receive a written response within 10 days.
