Armenian team fullback Aghvan Mkrtchyan disqualified for a year

The fullback of the Armenian team and FC Mika Aghvan Mkrtchyan by the decision of the FFA Disciplinary Committee was disqualified until September 24, 2010, and the Mika club was fined for AMD 250 000.  

 

This decision was driven by a deliberately rough play of Aghvan Mkrtchyan, due to which Gandzasar's midfielder Artashes Antonyan seriously broke his leg and hospitalized. Aghvan Mkrtchyan for his rough play got a red card. 

 

The incident occurred during the 22 round of the championship Armenia.
