  SCRW Diagnostics Center to open in ArmeniaSeptember 25, 2009 - 17:10 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Diagnostics Center formation in Armenia is one of the fundamental factors of railroad infrastructure, South Caucasian Railways Senior Deputy Director General Marat Khakov stated. "Diagnostics center is an analytical center quipped with mobile complex," he said.Khakov added that the complex will start operating in October 2009. According to him, the center will allow for automated assessment of rail geometry and road condition to discover malfunctions.
