Protocols' ratification by Turkish parliament depends on Erdogan

PanARMENIAN.Net - "Protocols would be fault-free, had RA MFA done a quality job," Head of Noravank Scientific Research Center Gagik Harutyunyan told a news conference in Yerevan, adding that parties' further actions will determine the course for negotiations.



Harutyunyan expressed a wish for RA Parliament to ratify Protocols only upon Turkish parliaments' ratification, noting that Protocols' ratification by Turkish parliament depends on Prime Minister Erdogan.



Gagik Haruyunyan believes that Protocols' conclusion will serve Armenia's interests and open a door to new perspectives.



He also supported RA President's initiative to embark on pan-Armenian tour to visit Armenian communities worldwide, emphasizing the importance of unity between Armenian and Diaspora.
