  Vladimir Zakharov: Russia does not dictate the rules for RA-Turkish dialogue.October 1, 2009 - 13:26 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Ankara isolated Moscow from RA-Turkish rapprochement process, Deputy Director of MGIMO Caucasus Research Center Vladimir Zakharov told PanARMENIAN.Net reporter."RA media publications are Armenian experts' opinions suggest Russia is dictating the rules for RA-Turkish dialogue to Yerevan; yet this is far from reality," the Russian expert said. According to him, RA President Serzh Sargsyan actions are based on his own point of view. "As for Russia, it is mostly interested in the establishment of peace at Caucasus," Vladimir Zakharov emphasized. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
