ARFD and Heritage jointly protest Armenian-Turkish Protocols

PanARMENIAN.Net - Favoring Armenian-Turkish process, Armenia's pro-opposition parliamentary factions headed by ARF-Dashnaktsutyun and Heritage have made a joint statement on removing Protocol clauses concerning recognition of a common border between Armenia and Turkey, since that will mean Armenia's acceptance of Kars Treaty. Factions are against creation of a historical committee as they believe it may call into questions the fact of recognizing Armenian Genocide. Besides, "Armenian-Turkish rapprochement cannot in any way be linked to Nagorno Karabakh," ARFD and Heritage say in a release.
