  NKR President signs decree on 2009 fall draftOctober 1, 2009 - 22:21 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 1, President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on 2009 autumn draft and demobilization. All male citizens who are 18 or whose deferment term expires by that time will be conscripted to army.All servicemen who finish their compulsory military service will be demobilized in November-December 2009. NKR government has a fortnight's time to make relevant decision on fulfilling the decree.
