Sub-Commission on historical issues not question the issue of Armenian Genocide

PanARMENIAN.Net - Establishment of the subcommittee on historical issues aimed at restoring mutual trust between the Armenian and Turkish peoples, and conducting a dialogue at historical layer, do not question the fact of Armenian Genocide, Edward Nalbandian , foreign minister of Armenia told a parliamentary hearing today, responding to the statement of some deputies, that the very establishment of the subcommittee on historical issues questions the fact of the Armenian Genocide.



Edward Nalbandian stressed that establishment of the subcommittee create favorable conditions for experts of the two countries and international experts to held discussions. "The subcommittee has no other mandate and time constraints, because we know that this process can last a very long time, and eventually the public of our countries will be able to come to a common denominator", Edward Nalbandian said. 



He also stressed that Armenia will never suspend the process of international recognition of the Armenian Genocide and never question that fact.
