Over 20% of national budget misused

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Assembly member Viktor Dallakyan gave a positive estimation to the activity of RA control chamber.

At that he emphasized that having examined 5% of national budget, control chamber revealed a AMD 8 million misuse. "Examination of the whole budget could show a 20% misuse," he said.

Dallakyan called to reorganize the control chamber so that its members could examine the budget properly, in compliance with the RA Constitution.

Dwelling on governmental tenders, he said they are always won by the same companies supported by the authorities. "Those who win these tenders buy public lands for a penny and then sell them at a high price. These people are sitting in this hall," he said.
