Arrest of ANC activist Tigran Arakelyan replaced to recognizance not to leave

PanARMENIAN.Net - General Prosecutor's Office discussed preliminary investigation of the case of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) activist Tigran Arakelyan , accused of hooliganism and violence against a government representative. 



General Prosecutor's Office, taking into account the fact that the basic investigative measures are completed and the liberty of Tigran Arakelyan does not preclude the further course of the investigation, as well as the diagnosis the chief ophthalmologist of RA Ministry of Health of early sub-atrophy , gave the order to change the preventive punishment against Tigran Arakelyan and replace the detention to recognizance not to leave.
