CALIFORNIAN SENATE TO DISCUSS OPENING TRADE-ECONOMIC REPRESENTATION IN ARMENIA

PanARMENIAN.Net - At the press conference held in Yerevan today member of the legislative authority of California Senator Jack Scott stated the main goal of his visit to Armenia was solution of the problems connected with opening the trade-economic representation of California in the Armenian capital. In the Senator's words, the partnership in the sphere of high technologies and agriculture is the most prospective. Upon his return to the USA he intends to submit the bill of resolution on opening the trade-economic representation in Yerevan for consideration by the Californian Senate. Jack Scott, who had arrived in Armenia on the invitation of Dashnaktsutyun party, met with the Chairman of the National Assembly, the Prime Minister and a number of heads of the ministries and departments in Yerevan.
