Boombox pop group was created in 2004 by the following 3 musicians: vocalist and text author Andrey Khlyvnyuk, guitar player and composer Andrey "Myha" Samoilo and Valentin "Valik" Matiyuk. Two years later, the group released its first album titled "Melomania". It consisted of 11 songs, including Super-Puper and E-mail screened by Victor Priduvalov and Bobik shot by Aleksey Kuzikov.
