In his words, 12 contests for the right to broadcast on decimetric frequency and 3 contests for the right to broadcast on metric frequency are planned to be held this year. He has noted that the contest committee will act according to the law "On television and radio". "This proves that the subjective approaches are excluded", R. Kocharian has stated. The President has told that all the proposals of TV companies will be published and "no committee will be able to grant the right to broadcast to the company the proposals of which will not be attractive". Kocharian has noted he likes the informational part of "A1+" TV news but it does not mean that it will be granted the right to broadcast.
