Armenia appoints new Ambassador to India

PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 10, President Serzh Sargsyan issued a decree on appointing Ara Hakobyan as Armenia's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in India (residence: New Delhi), RA President's press service reports.
