  Turkish Lobby loses Robert Waxler in CongressOctober 19, 2009 - 21:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Robert Waxler, Co-Chair of U.S. Turkey Friendship Group in US Congress, has declared of his intention to waive his mandate in near future. Over the period of his activity in Congress, Waxler assisted in strengthening of US-Turkey relations and supported Turkey's foreign policy, Turkish Hurriyet reports. Congressmen said he had accepted proposal on becoming Director of Middle East Peace Center beginning January 2010. Robert Waxler was one of congressmen who always protested against Armenian Genocide Rsolution.
