Larisa Alaverdyan: revolution one of legal means to change power

PanARMENIAN.Net - Rebellion or revolution do not conflict with the human rights principles, said Larisa Alaverdyan, secretary of Heritage parliamentary group.

"People should not think that rebellion is usually organized by 'street groupings'. When the population understands that natural change in power is impossible, it resorts to tough means," she said, adding that there are over 160 peaceful means to change the power but the Armenian civil society did not use even one tenth of them.
