"Azerbaijan understands that its strategy of keeping Armenia isolated has finally failed," he told a PanARMEIAN.Net reporter. "Turkey decided not to be a hostage any more. Baku's warlike rhetoric exhausted after the Georgian war. It's losing the only tool of pressure on Armenia in Karabakh issue." "Baku threatens to suspend participation in Nabucco project but it will hardly strain relations with Ankara. Continuous pressure may rouse Turkey's ire. But it's because of Baku, Ankara has to make contradictory statements regarding relations with Armenia," Minasyan said.
