Armenian delegation to participate in NATO conference in Istanbul

PanARMENIAN.Net - "Non-Traditional Security Threats and Regional Cooperation In Southern Caucasus" international conference will be held in Istanbul, Turkey, from October 22 to 24 in the framework of the NATO Science for Peace and Security (SPS) program.



Experts from Armenia, Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia will be participating.



Richard Giragosian, Director of the Armenian Center for National and International Studies ACNIS) will give a talk on "Issues of Transnational Crime and Regional Security in South Caucasus" on October 23.



Tigran Mkrtchyan, representative of European Stability Initiative is expected to dwell on the role of NGOs in resolution of regional conflicts and reconciliation between nations.
