"Normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations and Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement talks are different processes. The border will open in the parliaments of Armenia and Turkey ratify the protocols," Arman Kirakossian told reporters in Baku. "As to Karabakh process, Azerbaijan and Armenia continue negotiations. Incumbent Presidents have held 7 meetings already. The principles proposed by OSCE Minsk Group are being discussed. Talks proceed positively and constructively," he said.
